At Ave Maria Pre and Primary School, we welcome pupils from different backgrounds and communities who are ready to grow academically, morally, and socially in a supportive learning environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to guide parents and guardians at every step. Admissions are open to boys and girls of all ethnic groups and religious backgrounds for both Pre-School and Primary levels. The school admits pupils based on availability of space and readiness to join the respective class level.
Admission Procedure
New Pupils
Parents or guardians seeking admission for new pupils are required to obtain an Admission Application Form from the school office.
Application form fee: TZS 10,000
Completed forms should be submitted to the school office for review and further guidance
Transfer Pupils
Pupils transferring from other schools are advised to visit the school physically for further instructions and academic assessment where necessary. This helps the school place the learner in the appropriate class level and ensure smooth transition.

All school fees and related payments must be made through the official school bank accounts, which are clearly indicated in the Admission Application Form. Cash payments are not encouraged to ensure transparency and proper financial records.

Ave Maria Pre and Primary School is committed to inclusive education. Children from vulnerable families and orphans may be considered for support through the school’s Free Education Sponsorship Program, subject to set criteria and availability.
